In the case of prepayment, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of such a day.
Delivery times: The delivery times of your order largely depend on the inventory / availability of the items. Delivery takes place within 3 working days. In exceptional cases there may be delays.
Availability status: The status shows the expected availability. Since we update the availability once a day, it may happen that this does not always correspond to the actual stock level. The order confirmation you receive by email is decisive.
Availability of the articles: There may be occasional shortages of our articles, so that articles that are marked as available are actually no longer in stock. If this happens to your order, we will contact you by email. In the case of articles with a value of less than ¤ 5.00, we reserve the right to cancel these in the event of non-delivery without prior contact from the order.
